Kolt Bridges

Kolt is the rare operator equally at home building an SOP binder as he is closing a community partnership deal or designing a campaign from scratch. His 20+ years span multi-site field operations, quality control systems, custom fabrication management, construction administration, and strategic marketing. All of which gave him a ground-level education in how organizations actually run versus how they think they run.

Before his operations career, Kolt served nearly a decade as a Youth Pastor overseeing a 300+ young adult community, coordinating weekly programming, leading small groups, founding and directing an internship program, and building teams from the ground up. That background isn't decorative. It is the foundation of his ability to build culture, drive engagement, and communicate with any room.

As a nationally certified EMT, certified personal trainer, and graphic/media designer, Kolt brings an unusual combination of technical discipline, creative range, and magnetic human-centered leadership to every engagement.

For 40 years, Mike served as the Director of Campgrounds at Hill Country Camp on Harper Road, overseeing the full operational and physical infrastructure of one of the area's most beloved community properties. Alongside that, he has served as a local pastor in the Kerrville community throughout that same span of time. That combination, master tradesman, facility director, and shepherd of people, is exactly the kind of depth that can't be manufactured.

Mike provides executive-level infrastructure oversight for every engagement.
